Spirit Of Savasana: Candlelight Vinyasa at Franklin Castle

Step into the spirit of savasana- a candle lit all levels flow held inside the historic (and haunted) Franklin Castle!

As the flicker of candlelight dances off the walls, you'll be guided through a mindful sequence of breath and movement designed to awaken your body, quiet your mind, and connect you to the energy that lingers in this storied space. The practice will end in a deeply grounding savasana- a moment to rest, release, and maybe even feel the whispers of the past around you.

-Bring a yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in

-You may arrive up to 15 minutes early for class to settle in
