
Join us for Yoga Choreo- a unique, playful blend of yoga and dance! This two-hour special class begins with a gentle warm up and ends with a soothing restorative cool down, with the heart of the session dedicated to an hour and a half of choreographed yoga flow. Move through fun, fluid sequences that link expressive transitions into yoga poses in a dance-like routine designed to awaken creativity, strength, and body awareness.
Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Knee pads are highly recommended. Some basic yoga experience/knowledge is helpful for this workshop.
