
This dynamic 100% online arm balancing workshop will focus on building strength, stability, and confidence to help you successfully float your feet off the ground and nail some powerful poses! Whether you're looking to introduce arm balances for the first time to your practice or want to elevate your existing skills this series is for YOU!
During this 4 week series we'll work towards obtaining crow pose, eight angle pose, flying pigeon, and tri pod headstand! Each week a new on demand module will release that includes strength training video(s), a tutorial for that weeks arm balance, and an hour yoga flow that incorporates the pose we're working on in various ways.
Grab your mat, some blocks, a strap and get ready to tap into your innate playfulness, fearlessness, and find some new found enthusiasm for flight!!!
