Flexy Flow Foundations
WED FEB 4, 10 - 11 AM EST (WED FEB 4, 10 - 11 AM EST)

Flexy Flow Foundations is a 6 week ongoing series designed for beginners to intermediate students who want to build flexibility, increase mobility, and maintain stability throughout the entire body. Each week, we alternate focus areas- one week targeting lower body (hips, hamstrings, splits), and the next focusing on upper-body (shoulders, chest, spine, back). This structure helps you improve flexibility safely while keeping your practice feeling fresh, balanced, and engaging. Classes incorporate active flexibility drills along with passive stretches mixed in with a yoga style flow.

Classes are taught live via zoom once a week, giving you real time guidance, support and community. Can't make the live session time? No problem- each class will come with the option to receive the class replay, so you can practice whenever it fits your schedule.

Whether your goal is to increase range of motion, release tension, or simply commit to focused mobility routine, this series offers a supportive and accessible path towards a more open body.
