
This slow and deep yoga class will tap into those deep places to allow for ultimate release. We will move through a series of poses holding them for longer periods of time allowing us to tap into the fascia for relaxation and some serious introspection. Find stillness between movement creating a beautiful balance here.
All you need is yourself and your mat for this practice, a block and a strap will be helpful but not required.
